well that was something different

My friend Brooke dropped off a loaner loom for me to try out.

 

I know.. crazy talk. But it will perhaps help me establish if I really want to learn this or not. 22" Harrisville Designs 4H, 4T loom. Thanks to berrocco for giving us 50% nylon, 50% acrylic sock yarn in our swap bags at the retreat. That became the warp.

I also worked on some stranded knitting this weekend.

 

It is very steampunk colors in real life. That rolling bit will be a hem that is sewn down eventually.
